[SSA] Night Market

Date: Wednesday, April 26 at 6 PM – 10 PM

Venue: Union Court

Servings Sold: 180+ plates of Char Kway Teow and 450+ pieces of Kuih

This time around, SSA (the Singapore Student Association) brings their annual night market event, again with other language and culture clubs to sell their local delicacies. We were able to sell quite a large sum of food, mainly our Char Kway Teow (stir-fried flat rice noodles) and 150 pieces of Kuih (an assortment of snack items and desets), which comprised of Ketayaps, Curry Puffs and Bingka Ubi Kayus. Aside from the heated food sales, there were live street performances which really captured the South East Asian night market feel.
